Had a splendid evening
The best restaurant in Sittard with great surprise menues.
Excellent :)
Elegant, fine cuisine from master chef Silvester. In his dishes I enjoyed clear allusions to the French 'terroir' (ragout) and especially the own original presentation, smell and taste. Monique welcomed us with style and warmth. She masters the art of wine advice. A charming and tasteful evening in Sittard. We found Silvester through the Guide Michelin Europe 2020.
Enjoyed a 5 course dinner during a festive gathering of a 60 year old. We had a delicious meal and drank delicious wines. Every course was pure enjoyment.
