Yesterday I bought a pair of Gabor shoes during the Outlet Day. When I put on the right-hand shoe that the saleswoman went to pick up, we saw that there was a difference in color. The lady said: that's okay I'm going to spray it with some oil and then it's gone. She said in addition, I will take a little off the price. When the shoe was still wet, it was indeed no longer visible. Today when putting on my new shoe there is a clear difference in color. So wrong information from the lady and she has not lost any of the price. Poor service from Gabor Sittard, you will not soon forget this with your next purchase. Certainly not as a Gabor customer! Unfortunately!

Bought shoes a week ago. After 1 day there was a "dent" in a shoe by the nose. Unfortunately, according to the saleswoman. You have done something wrong. Bought the same kind of shoes for years, nothing wrong with that and now such a comment. I am deeply disappointed. What service. I think that if this would have been resolved differently with the well-known competitor, who also sells Gabor. I grant the small business owner the sale. But I learned from this. My grandson was there and he found the salesperson's comment very strange. Zero service !!!!!!!!!
