Swim today in the Hoornse Plas hereby swimmer's itch. And we were not the only one.
Possible cause is the far too large number of water birds.
Many ducks, swans, geese and coots etc.
Shame about such a beautiful swimming lake

Lots of loose dogs on weekends and so many dog droppings ...
Large parking lot at the Hoornse Meer and the Paterswoldseweg. In summer very popular with beach people. Immediately a nice restaurant.
