Nice car service

Helped badly. Last Sunday I requested a quote via the website, I only received an email when I wanted to come and have a look on Monday. Then immediately called myself to discuss the possibilities, asked for the history and indicated that I wanted to come on Wednesday and indicated that I had to drive for 1.5 hours. The sales advisor indicated that he was now out of place and that he could email the history within a few minutes, Wednesday was fine, there was no mention of a quote. After an hour and a half no response to the email with history, another email was sent with a request for history. Tuesday and Wednesday morning no response. At the end of the morning on Wednesday, he called himself to ask if he was still there and if he would still like to email the history, he would do with half an hour, also indicating that he was coming from afar. We drive 1.5 hours on the way to Groningen and when we arrived there still no history on the mail (why not: they were only 2 zn 2 the answer was on the spot), car was not ready and would be ready in 10 minutes (eventually took 30 minutes) and it was said that the car is so dirty inside that it will need to be cleaned in due course but that it will probably still leave some stains. After half an hour the car was ready, full of stone chips and those stains really cannot be cleaned + damage to the upholstery. We indicated that a test drive was not necessary, to which he said I thought so. Couldn't he have informed us about all these matters sooner ?! Driven 3 hours for nothing. Unfortunately.
