I signed up for an oil exchange and airco service. Service has put the wrong type of oil to the car (0W20 comapred to 5W30 which manual prescribes) and charged me extra. Added some additive which I didnt asked for and charged me extra. After the service car started leaking oil (never had that problem) and Kwikfit is denying any responsibility. One would think it is an important thing to mention when they called me to let me know the car is ready. Wrong, they asked me whether I want to exchange front tires. Edit: Kwikfit has exchanged the oil from 0W20 to 5W30

As always good help and called when a few things had to be done that would add to the price of the big turn. When I was called that the car was ready, I was immediately told the amount, to my positive surprise when I paid that I had received an extra discount due to the lack of air conditioning in my car. I think those are small things that make me happy, at this location my car is in good hands!

I had an APK performed at KwikFit, was called after an hour that a few things were not right, towbar was rusty, 1 city light did not work, the rubber of the steering ball joint was broken and the ball joint had play, I picked up the car again, on the inspection report, however, was not mentioned about the ball joint !!! same day in another garage a 2nd opinion, car was approved there, none of the rejection points turned out to be present "scammers" said the inspector, have been a customer for more than 30 years but never again !!!
