The staff were very friendly and helpful with sizing and tailoring recommendations, with no pressure to buy. The suits are well made, I highly recommend them for the price.
The people who work there are so bad at handling customers that it's not worth going there. I looked online, selected a suit, knew I am going to purchase it from them, yet they managed to change my mind and leave. They refused to even get me to try any suit that "they thought in their mind, it would not look good on me". Let that sink in ;)
Suit Supply has great quality suits, but their store is becoming more and more a formula than a place where your demands are handled personally. During my last visit I got that eerie "Hello and welcome to McDonalds"-feeling, you know that feeling when you've been looked up and down to determine how much money you're worth.
Great store experience. Store looks really great, product is really nice and the sales advisor are very knowledgeable.
