Bought a used bike here. After the first kilometer, the front lamp detached. Not much was lost there, since it did not work to begin with. After the first week the brakes started to malfunction, and after three weeks the bike broke completely.
Wasn't expecting much since the price of the bike was relatively low, but really wasn't expecting a professional mechanic selling something that would break in less than a month of standard use.
Customer service was both good and bad -- a couple of the younger guys seemed helpful and had a healthy 'customer service'-attitude, but the older fellas mainly seemed to be focused on passing jokes and drinking coffee.
