Very nice and helpful staff, especially the girls working in the MAC department. They’ve helped me on multiple occasions choose the perfect foundation/lipstick/lipliner shades. Thank you! :)

Store doesn't have enough chairs for the "waiting husbands". It seems the store doesn't understand who eventually pays for the items. I would suggest a TV corner with some top gear or football to keep the husband entertained as well

0 help (Mac department, Groningen). I came with no knowledge about MAC foundations asking for advise and got 5 different foundations applied on my hand and I was left alone (while there were no other customers). After asking for ten times which color I should get I received the following reply: ''maybe light''. Why are there assistants if they can't even educate customers about the product and help?

Went here with my girlfriend. The make-up selection is quite large and varied. They have something for almost all skin tones and a good variety of lipsticks. I was able to find both relatively cheap and quite high-end make-up. (On that note, I was pleasantly surprised to find -and, more importantly, my girlfriend was pleased with- Anastasia BH products) The perfume selection of what you would (hopefully) expect, namely quite good. I was able to find my favourite cologne and something rather pleasant for both my girlfriend and friends and relatives (keep in mind this was during the Christmas shopping season). The staff are not extremely helpful, but it's rather easy to find what you need. All in all, I was satisfied with my visit.
