Medical advice is not the best (I have not had the best experience and know of two other people that visited his practice and were quite dissatisfied). The secretaries are unresponsive to email requests and generally rather unfriendly.

A month ago I made a request to be able to access the online customer portal. Almost a month later that request was rejected because they would not have my file while I am registered. Special.

If you are looking for a doctor who never keeps his appointments, this is the place to be. If you then say something about it, he gets a big mouth and tries to turn it around to you.
