La Bouquetterie

Came in the store with no idea of what I wanted, just had a budget and a recipient - and it worked out perfectly! Everyone was very happy with what they got and the mother in law especially, can only recommend the place. Very high quality cut flowers and plants used in the bouquet as well which is amazing, because it still looks good after multiple weeks.

They forgot my wedding bouquet we ordered and paid off a week before! They suggest us to take the bouquet in the morning before our wedding to keep it fresh but they didn't even make it ready for us. Their excuse was the order receipt was in their wrong order box. Such a nonsense. We paid 75€ and get a bouquet they made in hurry with not fresh white roses with brown edges and whatever leaf they had there. Totally different than what I ordered. Really disappointed. The corsage was really big hanging down from the suits. Impossible to wear. Everything came in a shoes box covered with black paper really messy made. Horrible experience for us! My sister in law had to remake the entire bouquet and corsage with plants from my garden. After we complained by phone they promise to return 45€. Still waiting for it and waiting for their apologize to ruin our day.
