Living27 simply leaves you with a complaint. A damaged wine rack was delivered by their carrier. They quickly put it in the elevator and sent it upstairs. No opportunity for inspection. Then Living27 hides behind the carrier because I could not show a photo of the original packaging. Their solution? Exchange wine rack? No. You can get € 50 back on a purchase of € 600. Do not do it.

Received a very unpleasant announcement via e-mail that in case of slightly damaged delivery the delivery had to be inspected. This was the case, but the delivery person refused to inspect the package. "Then I'll be busy all day." In addition, the position that Living27 takes about not having to accept a return is legally incorrect. Manual was missing, Living27 could not provide this directly either. Product itself (Woood Gravure - high cabinet) is beautiful, but price-quality is out of proportion. Parts such as nails are of poor quality and the manual is unclear. You have each plank in your hand about 6 times to see which plank is exactly meant. Recommended if you like puzzles :)

Neat handling, good service. In the end my purchase was canceled, but because of their good service I would like to come back. Definitely recommend!

Very good company. Easy to order articles on the website. In case of cancellation, they don't bother. Fast response and received the money on time. If I want something at home again, I know where I am going to buy it.
