Terrible. My wife went to the hospital for photos for the first fourteen days after falling down the stairs. After photo observation, heavily bruised, no further action. On December 21 after referral by GP who did not like the course, referred for new photo. Arrived at the emergency department at four o'clock after detecting a bone fracture in the X-ray department. Report and wait with the order not to eat anything. An intake at half past five. Wait again. Called up at half past seven to a doctor. He wanted more pictures. Back to. The waiting area. A photo at eight o'clock. Wait for the attending physician at nine o'clock. Noticed the same fracture after first photo. Bandaging advice. Wait again. In the end this was arranged just before ten. Now finally home. All in all, more than six hours in the hospital. Seven hours from home for a check for bone fracture not discovered in a previous study. Eat now. The restaurant in the hall was closed long before eight o'clock, and we have never experienced this before at over seventy years of age. Is this the modern development, more attention to the system than to the patient. It is not best if you have to go to the emergency room. The staff present who were involved were all very friendly. Wouldn't it be wise to call staff when there are peak times. This is abnormal. This is also very frustrating for the staff present. We hope that this is addressed.
