I have bought nice earrings here (20 euro), but they were very difficult to close. Because of that, a diamond fell off which I did not notice. I went back to ask for a solution (any kind), but they treated me very unfriendly. They had to discuss and promised to call me, but they didn't. Then when I called myself, the truly horrible manager said they can not do anything about it. He said was nothing wrong with the earrings and that basically it was my fault. The guy could have just give me a cheap alternative, but he didn't. It is almost laughable how penny wise pound foolish this is. I will never go here again (except to pick up my earrings without diamond) and I hope if you read this you won't either :) .
Great prices
When I had holes shot there, they looked very closely if it was in the middle of my ear. You can also choose to do it at the same time and you will get rid of it in one go. Really recommended.
Good help by a friendly lady with a lot of patience.
Nice little shop. As a daughter of my mother I used to come there to buy earrings. Now 22 years later I take my daughter to buy earrings.
