To give substance to the one star: after washing and drying my clothes were very nicely packed and folded; chapeau for this act! Unfortunately this was the only positive thing about my experience at this laundry room. I had expressly asked the employee of the laundry room several times to WASH my clothing at 40 degrees. When I returned to the salon, however, Mr. had washed and dried my clothes. I had not asked for this. Several items of clothing were certainly shrunk to one size and (at least for me) no longer wearable. When I asked if the gentleman could come up with a solution for this, the gentleman referred to the label in an item of clothing. Mr. claimed to have looked at the labels before the clothes went into the dryer. According to sir it said that the clothes can be put in the dryer and this wasn't his problem but I had to sue the manufacturer of the clothes (?!?). After having shown the gentleman a piece of clothing where the label indicated that it is not allowed in the dryer or the washing machine, the friendly friend came up with the following text; “Go to the police, Facebook, the judge and your lawyer. Is not my problem. " You guessed it; a solution did not come that day. I would have liked a small apology, but unfortunately this was not possible. If you want to wash here; So inform the manufacturer of your clothing in advance what can and cannot be done with the clothing. Then present a clear washing plan to the employees, otherwise you run the risk of having to purchase a completely new wardrobe.

Good and very quickly helped. My 2 trousers were shortened very quickly, did my shopping and could take them immediately afterwards
