Evasive fossil: you cannot email them, you can call them, but then you have no proof of the ever-changing answers ... The customer has to act and listen, they respond and demand. Real contact / communication is almost impossible. You would be ashamed to work there
Ridiculously slow / bad service, completely unreachable even.
Rarely been somewhere where you give them such high and big debts !! The Ministry of Debt will allow me to enjoy my studies for years to come. Because I will not be able to get a mortgage and will be tied to the loan for 35 years, I do not even have to hang up Polaroids for my experience at this great ministry !!!!
Fortunately, in a few years' time, I can start paying off my studies to the Ministry of Debt! Otherwise I really wouldn't know what to do with my money.
Now I can't buy a house and stay with my parents thanks to the debt ministry. Really amazing. The more I study the more debt.
