PostNL Pakketpunt

The PostNL is a horror !! I have sent a package to the USA. This package was not delivered within the specified period. So I'm going to the post office in the Bruna! They could take the money from me there and receive the package, but now that a problem needs to be solved, now they can't help me all of a sudden !! Instead of getting help, as it used to be NORMAL everywhere and everywhere, as usual, in this rotten country, I am sent to the reed and I have to call a paid number now! PostNL takes your money, causes a problem and you want to help if you ALSO pay for it again! Calling a paid number !!! I cannot be "helped" in any other way. I returned home and called 0900. I am led through an automatic menu and then get a silent dead line instead of talking to someone! Finally hung up and tried again! With of course paying again! The same happens again! As soon as I arrive at the right place through the automatic menu, I end up with a silent dead line! No help at the office, a dead telephone line! Already paid several times for anything and everything, but still nothing but disappointment, costs and frustration from PostNL! And that stupid website that they have in the air, also tells you completely NIKS !! AND NOW????? What a disgusting organization is that PostNL !! A rating of 1 star is still too much !! DISGUSTING!!! And then they talk about CUSTOMER SERVICE! It is exploiters who hide behind a website that does not help you a step further and who make themselves unreachable for the customer to avoid any kind of service in that way! A bomb on it !!!

Delicious a PostNL point at the supermarket. Very useful if you are not often at home. Use it often.
