I attempted a return here of clothes that didn't fit, admittedly a week and a half late past the "30 day policy". I asked if an exception could be made as things have been somewhat strained under the COVID-19 pandemic. I was told no, as the manager stated his boss was "a Deutsch guy" and he did not want a call from him. I asked for store credit and again was denied, stating again he did not want a call from his boss. I then asked for the boss individual's contact information to make a complaint about the rigidness of this policy. I was told that I would not be given this information. I was then told I should remember the policy better next time, and I could sell the items to my friends. There will not be a next time. Rude staff, bad business practices. They have lost my business forever for less than 100 euros worth of merchandise. I gladly would have taken store credit and bought shoes. One star. Manager's boss- find better staff.

I bought something there and I liked it

Quite strange that she quickly suspects that you want to resell, while you purely want to buy the shoes for your own collection or for friends. They themselves backdoor quite a lot to their employees and they sell it again for a big profit.
