Good quality stuf

N.a.v. bringing back slippers that broke too quickly, extremely neat, accommodating and customer-friendly solution in this respect, pair of new slippers (without extra payment). Very friendly customer approach, I would like to mention that again, it is rarely seen nowadays. Five stars !

I regularly buy shoes at Manfield and am always helped very well by a very friendly friendly young man. 3 weeks ago my friend bought a pair of shoes with a color difference hoping that this would disappear, if this were not the case we could return the shoes. Today went back to the store because the color difference did not disappear. The ladies who were working this morning were anything but friendly and told us that the young man should not have said this but would still discuss this, the way in which she spoke to us. stood closer to being incredibly arrogant and not at all understanding to us, I also find it very disapproving and unprofessional how they spoke about the other colleague in front of us, the friendly colleague just did his job and shoes for that price is to be expected that we can simply return them if the color difference does not disappear. I have decided not to buy any more shoes here because I am very shocked at the way these ladies were talking to us. 5 stars for the friendly young man who always helps us and 0 stars for the unkind salesmen of this morning.
