I have a common size, and it was not available in shop. I could order it by internet. After ordering it by internet, they put the wrong shoe in the box. Again to postoffice. I send mail to return the good shoes to me. again to shop to confirm and call to office. I received unclear mail, woman called me back and informed me that they returned the money, not the good shoes. So many effort to just buy a shoe. Bad service. First time and last time to buy van Lier.
