Unfortunately had a very disappointing visit. Customer friendliness was hard to find. The saleswoman gave us almost no attention and didn't seem to take us seriously. Eventually took a suit from the shelves to fit. Then asked the saleswoman in question for a shirt so that I could see the total picture. According to her, this was not possible because the shirt had to go to the dry cleaner. Trying on a shirt was only possible if I actually had the intention to buy it. Perhaps the saleswoman did not have her day, but this has resulted in a missed opportunity / purchase.

I am not offered a solution, I was outside again with a purchased product that is of no use to me. Have now bought a beautiful Eton blouse, that is only quality many times better than what GENTS has to offer. Too bad that a shop offers this service in 2020. I certainly never come here but never again. (also has not been talked about a voucher, product would be unsaleable because it had a few creases due to fitting in the store)

Suit is entertained without hassle within a week. Affordable suits for every occasion. Highly recommended!
