Nowadays, age of technology, everything is made without contact. Without eye to eye. What really touched me in bootcentrum.nl was that Rene, made it feel I was there, in Netherlands... and not actually in Portugal. Always patient, professional and accountable for what I was looking for... a promotional item. Everyone else would probably just say yes or no. Bootcentrum made me want to buy again. So I totally recommend you to buy from this store wherever you are, no matter the distance they will deliver. Congratulations.

Had ordered something, did not hear anything about the order. After that they had not contacted it anymore. They would call me back. Well, haven't heard of it either. Then call again why it had not yet been returned. Are you two weeks further.

A few years ago bought a jacket of "top quality". Knot off after 1 week, fine. Just back. Response owner: "figure it out, good luck." Why now this review? Sometimes you come across something that touches you. Something that is really insanely beautiful. Where it was? At Bootcentrum, a nautically inspired shop on the Zuiderdiep in Groningen. What it was? A peacoat from the Camplin brand. Everything was just right when I took it out of the rack and tried it on. The deep royal blue color, the beautiful gold buttons and the beautiful tres that finish it off ... Vintage squared. And then he also sits me as if he was made up. The jacket has now become a perfect travel companion, is very comfortable and has a collar in which you can dive away. With a strong breeze on the Wadden Sea or with a walk through the Highlands. This really never goes away.
