They sell stuff on their dutch website (.nl) without having any inventory in the netherlands, I have been waiting on my package for over a month and now the deliverer DPD has trouble finding my adres, no way to contact JD via phone. This is the worst service I have ever experienced while online shopping, won't be doing any of my business there in the future if they can't handle sending out 3 T's

Don’t even bother ordering anything online with this crook company Ordered one item 2 times by a mistake tried to change straight away but wasn’t possible but yet they took from my account. I tried Twitter Facebook email live chat which by the way is a bot Customer service is pathetic Their number is constantly busy can’t get through My advice shop elsewhere

REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ordered pants from here 2 MONTHS AGO and it still hasn’t arrived. I contacted the customer service FOUR TIMES and no response at all. It’s super annoying and I feel helpless, there is no way to contact them and at this point I just want my damn money back.

Ordered a t-Shirt online, went to return it in store for a size smaller. They said I can pick it up in a couple of days and they’re gonna let me know per sms when it’s ready for pick up. Been waiting almost 2 weeks now, no way it can take that long. ALSO I’ve tried to call there the whole morning and weirdly it’s always occupied. So just poor customer service really.

second time now i placed an order. first time online and second time in the store in Groningen because they didn't had the right size. first order never send to me (got my money back) and second time waiting for a week now and still didn't receive my order :(
