worse service ever. Don't buy anything from this store. You will have a headache from months if something is wrong with the bike. They don't provide any solution. Waiting for a new battery for months

I ordered a cortina electric mother bike on Wednesday. Would be in stock and in store on Friday. Very happy with the fast delivery. A week later on Friday I called myself, they had ordered the bike from Cortina and would arrive today. At the end of the afternoon we called again myself, it turned out that the bike was not in stock, but it could not be ordered from Cortina either. I could get the bike, but in a different color. It remains special that they do not call themselves to report that the bicycle cannot be delivered. Much had been possible in consultation. It is also very special that the bicycle can still be ordered on site with a delivery time of 1-2 weeks. Never again a bicycle for me at Fietsenwinkel.nl. Too bad to have the same negative experience with this case as many others.

My bike's battery broke within 6 months! If you deliberately buy a bicycle from a bicycle repair shop close to home, they suddenly no longer have a mechanic. "Yes, we can't help that either." Whether I want to bring my broken bike 7 km away. After 2 weeks you are entitled to replacement transport, but they cannot be reached by telephone. After 6 weeks you can finally reach them, but you still do not have a bicycle and no replacement transport. "Yes sorry you are not the only person and you are now on the waiting list." Wow, what a dramatic service this is! I will definitely work on this and will definitely demand my money back. I really do not advise anyone to buy a bicycle with a Bafang battery and I do not recommend anyone to buy a bicycle at all!

Just had my first experience with Fietsenwinkel.nl. After looking at the website with a wide choice of bicycles, my choice fell on an electric Giant city bike. Since this concerns an amount of more than 3000 Euro, I applied for a test drive on Friday afternoon at the Groningen location last Tuesday. In the meantime, things have just come home with a nasty aftertaste of Fietsenwinkel.nl. Upon entering, one of the employees indicated that I was coming for a test drive, after which I got a surprised look and the questions "What time did you have a test drive?" And "what kind of bike did you test ride?" Indicated that I would test ride a Giant city bike, after which I was told: Oh yes, I was talking about that this morning with my colleague .... I should have called you about that. We do not have Giant bikes for a test ride because there is already another Giant dealer in Groningen, Despite the fact that the website allows you to schedule a test ride at the Groningen location for a Giant, this has already been done on Tuesday, no one from Fietsenwinkel.nl has taken the trouble to inform an interested customer before Friday afternoon that this is completely is not possible. The comment “I talked about that with my colleague this morning” does not show any interest in the customer either. In short, such a bad first impression of Fietsenwinkel.nl that this was a one-off exercise for me. I am looking further for a store that gives the paying customer the feeling that it matters.
