Weird checkout process which asks for payment minutes after payment authorisation. False statements regarding shipping time: next day delivery promised, six days shipping time in reality. Would not buy again and do not recommend.

Ordered today and arrived tomorrow. Brand new and sealed phone as described. Great customer service. The payment system seems to have a catch. It only worked on the third attempt.

Very good experience, very professional and reliable. Find that some mailers can copy a large piece of Gomibo. In case of problems they react immediately without you having to contact them first. Would order something again anytime. :)

I ordered a new smartphone through this shop on December 17th. They advertise that if you order by 6 p.m., the product will be delivered the next day. I think this relates more to the Dutch region, after all it is sent from the Netherlands. Anyway, I ordered around 4:00 p.m. and the package was handed over to UPS at around 9:00 a.m. the following day. It finally arrived on December 21st. But why do I give 5 stars despite the delivery time? 1. The smartphone was almost € 50 cheaper than on German markets 2. Shipping by UPS Express is free of charge 3. The "long" delivery time is not due to Gomibo, but to UPS, although one must also say that it was in the run-up to Christmas and the package had to be imported to Germany. Conclusion: After my first order at Gomibo, I can say that the prices are absolutely fair, and sometimes significantly cheaper. Express shipping is free of charge for every amount and, despite the pre-Christmas period, shipping by UPS was very quick, so gladly again.
