Phone number does not work, has been waiting for my order for 2 hours. This is not normal. Can't check if they still bring the order at all. It also takes longer every time we order. Bad execution in the company. Who knows, I might not even get a refund if they don't come anymore.

Ordered a sushi box at 4 p.m. before 7.30 p.m. The box arrived more than 45 minutes later than the indicated time. How many hours in advance do you have to order if you want to get it in on time ... Very disappointing this. I even called the case, I got the answer that the driver was probably delayed. Unsatisfactory answer of course, you can understand that. The sushi itself contains too much rice. I will not order from here again.

Fifteen minutes after the agreed time, not yet ready. Then the question whether we can wait another 10 minutes. After those 10 minutes the message that the avocado is finished and we have to wait for it to arrive. Finally waited over an hour for our order.
