DHL track and tracing is bad. Multiple email addresses is a problem compared to PostNL. Time frame is wide. 4 hours!. So waiting half a day for couriers who are in a hurry (standard 2 times in a row), unfriendly and not service-oriented.
Takes 0 effort. Yet unfortunately I have to give 1 star here.
Very fun and fast. Pole on unloading. 45 minutes will not come out.
Fast unloading no room for a long pause
no communication with the customer, customer service is rude and does not listen. Unfortunately, solution-oriented thinking is not included.
