Top service! I received a beautiful dress and they offer great service. My package was returned to Esuals due to the DHL error, I contacted and said that they will send it back at no extra cost and even with the option to have it shipped to a pickup point! I am completely satisfied! Will definitely order here again!

It has been a while ago but would like to take the time to write a very positive review about this! I had ordered a dress and the dress was delivered according to the courier, but it was not. It was impossible for me to find out where it was delivered. In consultation with Esuals I communicated where the package could be located, but this also turned out not to be the case at the indicated location. Esuals immediately sent a new dress without any costs. Thanks for the good service! This has also ensured that I continue to order from you, not everywhere is such a good and fast service.

Clothes look good, not as cheap as some other boutiques. Are it ordered before 5th, the next day at home really! And when you return you will get your money back really fast! Top service here.

What a top service! Ordered a Reinders pants on Thursday. Would arrive on Friday, until I received an email that the pants had returned due to damage during transport with the courier. Just sent an email asking what had happened, unfortunately Esuals didn't know anything but they had immediately started an investigation to see what was going on. However, I haven't heard anything on Tuesday yet, so I just emailed again. Unfortunately, they didn't know anything at Esuals either, but they did receive a good answer to all emails and not unimportantly: they answered quickly! Very nice. They called on Wednesday, they had received an empty package, very strange, probably the pants were lost during the delivery. However, the pants were no longer available in my size so I would get my money back. Receive the money back today. Very neatly handled and in between always stood properly. Very annoying for both Esuals and me that the pants were lost during the delivery, but there was no lack of service. I certainly order here more often! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
