Stove installed incl pipe through old chimney channel. Expert advice in advance during a personal conversation. Good work done by nice men who did everything to prevent clutter and damage. Price was not that bad. In short: we are very satisfied to enjoy the crackling fire!

Customer focus of receptionist is sadly poor. It is busy with you (waiting 5-6 weeks) but if she is still there for a long time, the waiting time will automatically fall on your side: you will have to wait for new customers. Waiting is not a problem, being spoken to so that you notice that you are not welcome with your work is. Improve quickly!

pilot does not work, called the large, but had never experienced this, if it is an older stove from barbas, they are apparently not interested
