Once and NEVER again I ordered an incense fragrance box a few years ago from this webshop and have received no response to my letter so far, except a question why I canceled the newsletter, so I just post it here as a warning Hi anne: I'm sorry, the vanilla amber box was smothered by Mr. Muscles Lime Zest that I tried to save the plastic-wrapped box by rinsing it carefully, because selling such things to a customer is really not possible, because it means that I will most likely lose that customer, suddenly I discovered a hole in the plastic casing, oh dear, took the plastic off completely ... Yes of course... the wooden box also smelled in the wind for an hour. Muscles, and an hour and a half later I still had a throbbing headache that started immediately when I got the Mr. Muscles shipping box opened ... Incense and other odor absorbing material should not be packed in an empty toilet cleaner box! Do not do it anymore! With kind regards

Unfortunately you will not receive correct information or an answer that is appropriate. The shipment does not happen and the information of the next day delivery at home is not correct either! You have to go through my label to complain because they are too lazy to reply by e-mail. No customer service at all, so I canceled all my orders as I would rather not give you figs after Easter so goodbye Easter gift. Too bad for them, I will continue to look for better service!

I could come by appointment. I came for a number of gift hearts with the text Forever in our heart. Eventually I also brought 2 nice scents of incense and 3 beautiful books. Time was taken for all my questions and to take a look around. I will definitely come back!
