Average food for pretty high prices. The only nice thing is the view of the castle

Unfortunately closed due to corona but still a nice castle to walk around
We had dinner here prior to the castle visit. We went for the more luxurious BBQ. The first two pieces of meat were exquisite. There were also tasty salads and bread. With the third piece of meat we thought we were eating a piece of pork, but it was probably beef ... Very dry and therefore much less tasty. And after that it was ready again! It was really too little meat .... Then we could choose from a number of types of ice cream. Unfortunately, there were no other dessert options. We chose ice cream with caramel and hazelnuts. When we ate it, it turned out to taste really different. Upon inquiry it turned out that it was yogurt ice cream with walnuts and honey. Well, something different. We found the costs out of proportion to what we got. So there is work to be done here for Het Koetshuis!
