I am angry, very angry. I bought a ticket for Ogne for last Saturday and got no confirmation. I called and sent several emails. Didn't get a message. I couldn't reach anyone. It wasn't until I called customer service today (Monday) that they did respond. Everything went into my spam folder. I have not looked for this. At least they could make a phone call to me. Today I did get an employee on the line and he said that this might have gone into spam. Case of bad luck, they can't mean anything to me. Unfortunately no concert of the girls can see and money gone. Very very bad service. I will never order a ticket here again.

Enjoyed the live stream Christmas concert from OG3NE. That is why today I ordered tickets for Lockdown Live with OG3NE again. Arranged quickly and easily via Ticketpoint. I look forward to the 18th!

Have followed the previous series of concerts. It took a while, but when I installed everything properly, I was able to enjoy it. And the quality was good!
