Battery ordered on a good-looking website and paid directly via ideal. Called two days later to ask if he had already been sent and then I was told that they could not find the order. Because I had a non-starting car, I went to pick him up there. Not even sorry or nothing. Strangely enough I got a proof of payment of ideal printed in my hands so it was known. I certainly do not use this again.
