Multiple experiences with this company, but the service / communication is very bad. Communication is hard to find, both via mail / telephone and in the store. Friendliness and therefore entrepreneurship they can learn something from. In a previous experience I indicated that they should do something with this in the hope that they would learn something from it because they have beautiful things but unfortunately again a bad experience and unkindness. For me this is a company to NEVER go over despite the beautiful stuff.

Very bad service: After entering the store, I asked for the brand of a lamp that I liked. The answer from the rather uninterested employee: "I do not know that out of my head." Then she turned around and continued with her administration.
