Bad hospital. You can't really call this a hospital. As soon as there is something wrong with you that does not occur as standard, they do not know and they send you home. If you then call that your complaint is getting worse, they will refer you back to the doctor. They will tell you that they just have to deal with your complaint at the clinic. (Same complaint within a year) If you come there, they cannot help yet. Finally applied for a second opinion at a university hospital. At least real research was done here. (Don't just look, we see nothing so there is nothing) Turned out to be a bacteria. Strong ab cure and problem is gone. It is a gross scandal that so-called specialists in Gelre do not even bother to investigate. They are also very fond of sending them from pillar to post here. As long as they get rid of it themselves.

You will be properly helped / heard by the doctors and nurses. But with regard to patient friendliness, there is a lot to be done. I am a lung patient myself and have an exception card. Faithfully show it, despite that I got turned down a few times while I had important appointments and then some of your staff just get laughed right in your face. Now after a lot of complaining and consultation with gelre Apeldoorn where everything is normal with the exception, s card. Is it finally going well in Zutphen?

Today important appointment of my girlfriend at the neurologist. The letter states that she can bring someone along for support (which is also necessary). Once when she is picked up, she is told to undergo the examination alone. Told that the letter sent by the hospital states otherwise. I find it very regrettable that after almost a year and a half Corona a hospital does not adjust its standard letters or inform its patients about this when making an appointment.

1 star is still too much! An acquaintance of mine was sent away twice because he had heart problems. Picked up at home by ambulance last week, resuscitated for 50 minutes. Fortunately he was brought to Rijnstate. You don't want to be found dead in the Guelders!
