Ordered food at 4:30 PM and asked if it could be delivered at 6:10 PM. Then we get a notification at 6:30 pm that it is only at 6:55 pm. At 19:00 still nothing. Another notification that it was now 7:10 PM. (an hour later than we asked for!) At 7:15 pm I just called and asked why it takes so long. Owner (?) Told it was busy and he couldn't help it. I have already placed the order at 4:30 PM. Then you still take that into account? Asked if they could compensate for something with this. (Drink, extra sauce for example) No, this was not possible. She said the food would be there in 5 to 10 minutes. It only arrived at 7:30 PM. Food was cold. Not even lukewarm but COLD. Never again for me ... yuck. Long delivery, anti-social worker on the phone. Not exactly customer friendly. Don't go here!
