My mother has to be transported from the nursing home where she is staying to the Canisius Wilhelmina Hospital in Nijmegen for a series of radiation treatments. She has missed two of the four radiations so far, not to mention everything else! 1) Monday June 22: The taxi arrived so late that we were in the hospital just in time, 5 minutes before the scheduled appointment. That was very annoying, because for the radiation treatment it is necessary for my mother to urinate completely first. For a completely disabled person this takes time, more than 5 minutes, so that the radiation treatment eventually started a little too late. Moreover, you are already nervous before such a first radiation treatment, so that the driver showed up so late was not very helpful. 2) Monday, June 29: At the request of the nursing home, everyone who comes within five feet of a resident must wear a mouth mask. If not, the relevant resident must be quarantined. I called LInsen about this in the morning by taxi. The driver would wear a face mask. When my mother was picked up after the radiation treatment, the driver did not wear a mouth mask and he did not have one in the car. “We had to get another driver to come” and he disappeared. The result was that we had to wait quite some time before we were taken back to the nursing home. Even worse was that the driver on the way to the hospital was so late that my mother missed her hospital appointment. The hospital was “not amused”, they have a tight schedule of radiation treatments. Fortunately my mother could still be fitted in. Because the appointment was scheduled late in the afternoon this time, the hospital staff worked overtime to have the radiation treatment possible. 3) Monday, July 6: Goes reasonably well. 4) Monday July 13: My mother would be picked up at 12.10 am, the driver comes at 12.50 pm. She misses her hospital appointment for the second time (radiotherapy at 1 pm). The hospital staff are upset and angry, which is understandable, of course. Finally my mother's radiotherapy is fitted at 1.45 pm. Afterwards, the taxi is ordered (the planned return trip could of course not be made because the treatment took place much later than planned). It would be there at 2.15 pm, but it will not be there until 3 pm. My mother returns to the nursing home at 3.30 pm. This means that my mother was on the road for three and a half hours (she was ready outside at noon) for a 20 minute treatment. She is 94 years old and radiotherapy itself is - as is known - tiring enough in itself. This can not be !!!

Driver almost hit me! Say something about it, I get a big mouth back. Isn't this normal? I understand that transportation is for the elderly. Well I don't want to be transported in that.

Driver with license plate number TZ697D tries to drive me off the roundabout and then wants to get out to fight. Sensible that he didn't do that. Companies with such drivers do not deserve customers.
