The idea of not wasting anything of an animal is great. I really loved it. Food was good, but I wasn't thrilled by the Picanha. It wasn't as tender as I had hoped. Good Gin & Tonics, good service. I might go back to try the Porterhouse or one of their burgers.

Incredible! I finally ate a marvelous hamburger in the Netherlands. I trully didn't expect that. I wished they were in Apeldoorn but I do think is worth traveling to Nijmegen just to go there. I could visit their kitchen and everything was clean... So nice to see and of course, even better to eat. Congrats The Black Fox team!
