Unfortunately we did not have a good massage. We had a Duo massage which should last 60 minutes, unfortunately it was not a full 60 minutes and if you say something about it, they don't respond very nicely here. The previous owner of Achalee did very well and we came there regularly! (1 to 2 times a month). We have now tried it once with the new owner and we have not had a pleasant experience there. After the massage, we reported to the owner by email how we experienced the DUO massage. In this we have no further compensation or the like. asked. In addition, we think that it is also very nice for an entrepreneur who has taken over this business to receive feedback and / or questions. The owner did send us a response, but he questioned everything we have described ... Unfortunately, emails are also sent with a certain undertone that we experience as not customer-friendly. "C'est le ton qui fait la musique" ... and then his reaction is not pleasant, when running a massage parlor. Mr. R. van Loon has been an independent entrepreneur for 25 years (he describes in his email), but in any case not friendly and customer-oriented .... In addition, he still thinks it necessary to tell me I should not use work email ... .. And that calls itself a) customer-oriented, b) a senior entrepreneur and c) professional. During the DUO massage, which we believe should be relaxing, there was no silence during the massage and the women were just talking to each other and laughing hard. That is not our reason for coming here .... The icing on the cake is that they do not have / deregister receipts and you cannot pin here either. Not being able to pin is not a problem at all, but they prefer not to write out receipts, perhaps that is fine from a tax point of view, but well that's just an assumption;) All in all, we think it is a shame that it works this way and will never come back here. Good luck with the business and maybe you can make some improvements with our feedback and improvements so that your massage can be '' the best Thai Massage in Gelderland ''.
