Owner promised to meet my wife and I and confirmed appointment in an email. He didn't show or call us to apologize. An employee eas left to the task of evaluating our car for trade in. He mentioned everything that was negative about our car. He gave us 15 minutes to take a test drive because the owners wife needed the dealer plate to run an errand. After 15 minutes I came back and the engine compartment smelled of glycol coolant and I noticed the motor had been lifted or removed from the engine bay previously. This is a car with 23000 kilometers and one previous owner. In the end the offer made by the employee who seemed inexperienced in negotiation, was pretty insulting. We were glad to be on our way. I was surprised to read all of the positive reviews. Makes me wonder.
