Super service.

Really had great experiences with Volservice! Since I got my S60 (December) I have visited Dennis and his team a number of times. I have always been super helped and with a lot of customer service! Dennis occasionally walks around the store and occasionally speaks to various customers for a chat. Yesterday 3 hours in Elst for a number of maintenance matters. Talked to several mechanics and also received some advice. One of my fog lights broke down in the snow, I called Dennis who checked to see if he still had one. A few hours later I was standing next to my car in Elst with a cherry fresh fog light from storage, S-U-P-E-R! Incidentally, I have only received maintenance from Kuba so far, well, he understands his profession very well because everything runs exactly as it should, including making my counter box, which I think is a hell of a job. Respect! For people who are considering bringing your car here I say just do it! Fine people, Good service!

First contact went great. We went for a Volvo v70 CC. Mister would make the Volvo roadworthy to our liking. Delivery time +/- 3 weeks. We receive a message with everything we had agreed together to confirm. So much for the good news. During the weeks that followed, we hardly had any contact. Every now and then a message with the progress. Delivery as agreed after 3 weeks was therefore not achieved! But also not 4 weeks and not 5 and 6 weeks. Eventually after we had contacted again, after almost 7 weeks we received the news that the car was being inspected, trash from the previous owner was also removed. Then we could pick up the car the next day. So the next morning at 9.30am sent a message or 11am came out. Answer back: I'll let you know. 5 hours later we received a message that the car was rejected! When we expressed our dissatisfaction about this, we were no longer allowed to take over the car. He was going to sell it to someone else. We were actually very relieved, because if you do not get the car through the inspection after 7 weeks of tinkering and refurbishing, I honestly wonder whether this is a specialist. I wish the new owners a lot of strength with the purchase of this Volvo V70 CC.
