Non-customer-friendly and no service orientation. I also had a customer who disagreed with who said 'see you again' .. At first thought it was quite sad, but now also a bad review from me, got the wind up and there was no understanding for my situation. Was nice that he waited a little longer for me. But this is immediately insignificant. Unfortunately! How do you lose customers ...
