Remains of 2 Roman temples in the crypt of the current church. Amazing that this is still visible. A good story from the guide that provides insight, together with a modest exhibition of Roman excavations in Elst. Entrance fee low. Duration: 1 hour. Worth it if you are in the area.

We were taking pictures outside of the church for a school project. An enthusiastic church guide almost literally pulled us in. We were given a free tour of the church and the ruins of ancient temples below the church. This gave us a positive impression. We were very fascinated by the ruins. The stories were told in a fascinating way by a volunteer from the church. We were very impressed with the church. We felt small in that big building. We were very surprised by the enormous organ.
