Was canceled by an employee because I was not at the right place. According to him, everything had to be disposed of with the bulky waste, while I also had regular green waste and wood from an old cupboard. There was also a rat walking around

A container has been placed here in a parking lot, it blocks 3 cars that can no longer leave (too little space to cross). Called the company, but they shift everything to the person who ordered the container. A hopeless company with a lousy mentality

I only use the recycling center. It is very messy, there is a lot of glass and debris on the road that you then drive through by car. I also think the price for returning bulky waste is way too expensive!

This company pretends to be able to place containers nationwide, but does not fulfill agreements made despite the fact that the order and payment has been accepted via the internet. Then they just leave me as a customer with the problem. Unacceptable. Bouke de Jong.
