Went to this spa with my wife because of its good reviews. The location has changed to another part of the city and the atmosphere is not the same as in the pictures online. The place looks “under repair” despite the receptionist saying they had been there a few months. Online it said we could get a 90 minute aromatherapy oil relaxation massage. When we arrived, they gave us an introduction and showed us our couples room. Most of the massage was done through a towel and very little was done using oil. The therapist mainly focussed on the back and neck despite asking for chest work to be done during the introduction. The movements were quite quick and not the soothing experience we had hoped for. They later explained that it was a “hybrid” massage which they thought would be better for us. To be fair, at times it did feel really good, but the therapist should not be making these decisions for their customers. The place also does not accept credit card so we had to go to an ATM and get cash. Overall a bit of a letdown, especially in terms of atmosphere which we were hoping would be more like the original pictures. I would not recommend this place unless they made some major changes and gave customers a more accurate representation of what they should expect.

A waste of my time. Appointment 1 was put on the agenda an hour early, so I could not go to the agreed time. Can happen, although it was not really handled properly. I come by for the 2nd appointment; they are closed (pause, according to the sign)! I waited a long time for the door and called 2x but to no avail. I neatly left a voicemail that they shouldn't expect me back. Pity.

A pleasant and relaxed atmosphere! After a short conversation in which your wishes and any complaints are discussed, he goes to work. A professional massage in which he removes all tension in your muscles. It is clear that he knows what he is talking about and knows what he is doing. In short, a must!
