What an unfriendly staff. Emailed 2 weeks ago asking if we could make an appointment. No reaction. Called last Saturday, voicemail, no response. Called this morning, voicemail and I was called back. After indicating that I had emailed, it is said that there is no response to mail and that you should call. When I indicated that she would have had to respond with the question to call, the response was anything but customer-friendly. When I indicated that I did not like our conversation, her response was that I should call back when I could have a decent conversation (excuse me? You don't treat customers that way !!) She ended the conversation herself and she will never see me as a customer.

What a super nice experience! My son enjoyed it immensely. What a sweet patient woman and what she works skillfully. Please come back another x with the next child

Employee has canceled the appointment twice, and was quite unfriendly / cheeky! I immediately withdrew my receipt, now that she is coming to my child. Not for nothing so few stars, we are going to another baby spa!

Very unfortunate, because my daughter liked it very much (that is why the second star), but I do not see them again after that first experience. She was suddenly stripped without announcing it or asking if I thought it okay. I questioned the warmth of the water because her skin was completely red and she started to sweat a lot, but was not heard or taken seriously. My child was massaged by the employee (a total stranger, both for her and me) without giving me the choice to do this myself.

A 1 star! Me and my niece have been here for her daughter and we are so sorry for this booking! Her daughter was undressed without telling us she also began to cry after she was put in the water, I had the idea that the water was too high in terms of temperature, I asked for it but they said that this was okay and that the water was good. This is the first and certainly the last time here at Baby Spa Wellness Arnhem !!!
