Go to a competitor unless you want to deal with their faulty system and meager communication. Ordered and paid for filament but never received a confirmation email or anything . After two weeks I called and got told there was something wrong in their system, and that the thing would be sent out a week later. On my request they did send a confirmation email. After more weeks of radio silence I called again: apparently problems with their supplier, they would let me know more asap. Didn't hear anything. I emailed them to cancel. Didn't hear anything. Emailed again. No reply. Finally called them and they let me know there was something weird in their system about my order but that it was already canceled even though it was never confirmed. I did see the money back on my account that same day. Although always friendly on the phone, their email service and communication seems non existent. I'm the end I ordered with a competitor who delivered next day.

Great company with high quality filament and 3D printer resin, they regularly come up with new materials. In addition to a satisfied user as a 3D print service 3DWP, I have therefore also become a reseller of Formfutura.
