It is unfortunately I am forced to give something of a star, if the option would have been there would be 0. Experience based on multiple visits, usually on Saturdays. Opening hours that are RIGHT on a Saturday. To top it all off last weekend: I was there before 11:00 am, waited for over an hour after which the car could still go ahead for me, but I was casually told to try it again some other time. This can really be seen earlier, as long as there is an eye for it. The employee was not interested that there were still fifteen people waiting for me (most of them also an hour). They were literally turned away from them without a message. If the municipality of NO Fryslan does not want illegal dumping in roadside and rural areas, they will have to talk to Omrin to make something of this. And Omrin will have to realize that despite having a monopoly position, they are still paid to provide a SERVICE. This complaint is now also with omrin and the municipality, I wonder if someone feels called to do something with it.

Just a pity that the oncoming traffic does not fit neatly in the long queue. They try to intervene to avoid the long waiting time of 1 hour or more. I need to pay attention there or put down a sign. That they shouldn't be waiting on that side. That would be fairer, for the long line that are neatly waiting their turn in the heat.
