Bought fish here for the first time, after an hour in the aquarium they were already dead. If you call, you will be blamed and want to test water while friends just get new ones right away. Our bettas and our 2 shrimps that have been in them for more than 2 months have no problems with anything, we test our water regularly and the values are correct.
