Tania is lovely hairdresser and I have had a nice haircut by her. But I was/am very disappointed with the way she has coloured my hair. 1st they have turned green (she admitted she didn’t mix the colours right, so she had to book another appointment) , 2nd time she said she has sorted the problem, but my hair turned out to be ginger this time and in a very bad condition. I have messaged her and asked her what should I do with such a hair as the colour is awful after few washes... she blamed my hair pigment and did not offer to correct her unprofessional work! Very dissatisfied after paying €230 for the damaged hair. I had to find another hairdresser who has agreed to help, yet unable to get the perfect finish due to Tania’s previous mistakes.

I have been searching for a good hairdresser since I moved to Leiden. Tanja is just amazing professional. She made my dry hair looks so good and beautiful. In addition, the salon is on a very comfortable cosy place in the city center of Leiden.
