We had to rush to the practice because an accident had happened. After a telephone report we could come immediately. 5 minutes in the waiting room and there appeared an extremely friendly, thorough and reassuring doctor in training, who did extensive research, contacted a neurologist and dentist. Reassured and with a good feeling, we went home. Awesome!

Although I am not a patient with Dr. de Waard, I have had to deal with him during observation services. I experience Dr. de Waard as a friendly, engaging doctor with a great deal of empathy. The dozens of times I had to deal with him always gave the same picture. When needed he is very decisive, I have experienced. Yet he always takes the time for me and shows no impatience. His practice staff are also friendly and competent. The only point for me is that difficult staircase ... I find that too little to not give the full five stars.

very clear, but rescheduling or canceling an appointment is simply impossible ....
